THE POSITION

We are looking for Mid-Level Appian Developer that will work with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions that meet our client’s expectations and business needs. This person will lead scrum teams to deliver on time solutions following an agile methodology and develop software solutions as a member of a software delivery team. Our Mid-Level Developers have the opportunity to mentor and develop Junior Appian Developers and maintain technical knowledge. Appteon works at the forefront of new Appian features and development practices and supports its employees being trained and certified in the latest and greatest. The candidate can expect to be mentored to develop senior level architectural, technical and managerial skills to quickly advance to senior level roles.
This person must possess a bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 1 to 2 years leading software development teams implementing Appian. Have the ability and previous experience in database and system integration 2 to 4 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred). It is asked that you have experience in an Agile environment, being certified is plus.
