Appteon understands that effective O&M support requires close cooperation across diverse stakeholder groups and skill sets. We acknowledge that the O&M activities require support throughout its life cycle and entails maintenance tasks including defect resolution, change requests, and software/technology patches and upgrades, as well as operational support which may include a help desk, ATO and other security documentation, and post-implementation support.
